Calypso Wireless, Inc., a leader in advanced wireless telecommunications technology announced today that Calypso successfully demonstrated at the 3GSM World Congress 2006 trade show in Barcelona, Spain, the Calypso ASNAP(TM) C1250i WiFi-GSM Dual Mode VoIP Smart cellular phone and Imate SP5 interconnecting on the Vodafone mobile network. The Calypso ASNAP(TM) C1250i, which runs on Intel PXA series application processor and Microsoft WinCE 5.0 operating system is able to interconnecting with Skype for its long distance calls.
