Siemens Home and Office Communication Devices (SHC) today announced that it is offering two new Gigaset devices with integrated voice over IP (VoIP) functionality to support the next generation of communications. The Gigaset S450 IP combines traditional voice with Internet voice in a single, easy-to-use device. The Gigaset SX762 WLAN dsl gateway offers a single point of entry into the home for telephony, Internet, networking and home entertainment. Both products, key elements of Siemens vision of seamless communication and transparent operations within the home, are expected to be demonstrated at NXTcomm in Chicago during June 18-21.
